~30 mins. cardio (stair master and elliptical)
(boy do I hate cardio machines...I'd much rather be running outside!!!!!)

A fresh start...Thursday April 29th

Well, it's been far too long since we've journaled so here we go!! Time to re-access our goals and get serious!!

S:
~ran 3.25 miles
(ugghhh, I ate too much junk on vacation, my run was painful today)

J:
~ doing my herbal shakes. Still working on controlling the snacking but making progress. I can't wait to get back to the gym. End of the month for Micah at work no way to go for now.
~ counting calories.....update later.
