~25 mins strength training
~45 min family walk
S:
~30mins. treadmill 3 miles
~45mins. strength training
My goal this week: bump up my cardio to 45mins....we'll see if I can keep from getting too bored. May have to cut back on strength training time if I can't get into the gym a little earlier.
